Carers’ Strategy Action Plan Online Workshop

🌟 Families and Whānau Carers involved with Enabling Good Lives across Aotearoa 🌟

Hosted by Family Leadership Alliance 

This online workshop is for carers of disabled people, older people, those with chronic health conditions, and family or whānau supporting someone with ongoing support needs.

Cabinet is considering a new Carers Strategy rolling Action Plan, and this session is an opportunity to share what matters to you. Your experiences, insights, and ideas will help shape a report that goes to government.

The workshop will include:

• A outline of the Carers Strategy Action Plan
• Key priorities for carers across the disability community
• What is working well and making a difference
• Current challenges and gaps in support
• Suggestions and feedback for improving the Action Plan

No prior knowledge is needed. The Action Plan will be introduced at the beginning of the workshop. Your voice can help influence real change across Aotearoa.
